Business Overview – Bevvi
Our Client Bevvi based in New York, decided to put all full stop to the difficulties that customers faced in identifying their favourite beverage and locating stores that sold them.
We were hired to allow enterprise customers and users to connect with local alcoholic suppliers and retailers to avail the best deal.
The important objective was to connect users and customers with in-the-know locals to buy the best local alcoholic beverage and get a taste of the local markets.
The Challenge
Our client wanted to provide customers and users with a mobile platform where they can access a wide range of alcoholic beverage products and choose the right fit or at least try different alcoholic beverages.
They wanted to create a wide product diversity which includes alcoholic beverages with sugar free content, low sugar, caffeine free alcohols, etc.
We had to enhance the traceability of Bevvi (mobile marketplace for alcohol) to connect with local manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and retailers especially in accordance with local markets.
Our Approach
We started this project in the month of May 2018. We ensured that every customer and user who uses Bevvi felt connected to the mobile app by adding customer loyalty feature such as earning points for every order made through Bevvi. For every point earned, users can redeem it for rewards or use it for discounts in their future orders.
