PopTasker allow customers to post tasks that they need to accomplish using the app and other peers who are willing to help with a particular posted task, can accept or reject the task. PopTasker allow different needs of customers to be met such as, hiring electricians, sports coaches, dog walkers, babysitters, etc.
Customers can also do a background check about the taskers before letting them accept the posted task. Customers have the ability to choose the right person fitting for the job. Each task is supported with proof of experience, quality and reliability.
Business Overview
Our client PopTaskers wanted us to develop an app similar to TaskRabbit that allows users to browse tasks, schedule tasks, accept or reject tasks, chat with taskers and also make payments securely through the app platform.
Customers can schedule their own budgets, assign tasks and search for a tasker according to their preferences with price rates they deem affordable.
The platform should be able to tackle all basic daily productivity or operations that the user has been procrastinating by hiring taskers who are available to fix, repair and help accomplish the task without delay.
The Challenge
Support international payment methods to ensure that payments are processed faster than usual and satisfies all parties.
Provide comprehensive visual proof of identity of the taskers, pictures to support the posted task as well as pictures to support taskers previous task experience.
