Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of content writers, overseeing their work and ensuring efficiency, growth, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on Web3, AI, and emerging tech.
  • Create and edit highly technical and engaging copy for various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media, video scripts, newsletters, and product documentation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all written content, adhering to established voice and style guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform content strategy and improve editorial quality.
  • Oversee the entire content lifecycle—from ideation and drafting through to editing, proofreading, and final publication—ensuring timely and error-free deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to align messaging with business objectives and campaign goals.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives using analytics and feedback to refine strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical content writing/editing, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or emerging tech domains.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring timely, high-quality output.
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing technical and marketing content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for detail, language, and grammar.
  • Ability to distill complex, highly technical concepts into accessible, compelling content.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort working under tight deadlines.

  • Implement custom post types, taxonomies, and fields for tailored content structures.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, AJAX, and integrations to enhance site functionality.
  • Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize websites for top-notch performance and SEO best practices.
  • Utilize page builders like Elementor and Gutenberg, manage WP-CLI tasks, and maintain version control using Git.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and solutions while maintaining team productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on schedule.
  • Continuously monitor website health, resolve performance issues, and ensure security best practices are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with WordPress development.

  • Website & Marketing Collateral
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design website elements (e.g., banners, icons, infographics) that communicate key messages effectively.
    • Contribute to improvements in overall site aesthetics and user engagement by providing innovative design concepts.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
    • Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Offer constructive feedback to team members and assist in skill development.
  • Project Ownership & Delivery
    • Take ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating leadership, accountability, and proactive communication.
    • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design assets, maintaining efficiency throughout the design lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional Graphic Design experience (UI/UX exposure is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or comparable tools).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work (brand, marketing collateral, digital assets, icons, banners, social media creatives, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proven experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to overall team efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
